  • Calf raises
    • Start by standing hip-width apart and raise your heels to stand on the ball of the foot, then release. Repeat this exercise ten times.
  • Flex and Stretch
    • Start by lying down with your heels on the floor and keep your toes pointing to the ceiling. Slowly start pointing your toes away from the body. Hold for 3 seconds and repeat the process ten times.
  • Resistance Push
    • Start by sitting on a chair and raising your foot off the floor. Then, place a resistance band around the ball of your foot holding the end of the band with your hands. Slowly begin to push the foot back and forth. Repeat the process ten times.
  • Heel Walks
    • Start by lifting the front part of your foot so that you are standing on your heels. Once you’re on your heels, begin to walk across the room. Repeat this exercise once a day.
